Welcome to my pages, I'm Claudia,
I first moved to the Rogue Valley in 1974, but wasn’t ready to settle down yet.
After my parents retired in Ashland in 1978, I became a frequent visitor summer and winter. I finally moved to Ashland in 2001 to help care for my aging parents. I bought a 100-year-old farmhouse and drew on my experience of running an antiques store to start the business, which became Y.E.S. When I run an estate sale I put in long hours. With my crew I sort, research and tag each item. I organize, advertise and run the 2-day sale. I have a great crew of helpers; we all work hard, have fun and sell everything! (Nearly). An important lesson I’ve learned is that an item is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it!
Y.E.S. is my business and my vocation, I love what I do and I love helping people.
I am always happy to come look at your things. There is no obligation or charge for the initial consultation. If you have too much stuff and want to de-thing, I can help. If you have items of value to sell but don’t know how, or don’t have the time, I can help. Call me and I’ll come out and have a look, we will talk about your options. Due to the vast number of items that are considered collectible today I work with a network of dealers, collectors and occasionally auctioneers throughout the country to find the right market for an item.
Often, specialized collectibles are sold on the Internet to realize their true value.
I hope you will take a minute to browse through my web site and then call me or send me an email.
I can help you unclutter your life. (Many local references available on request)
What do I collect?
It’s been said that if you have 3 or more of any one particular thing, you have a collection. Most of my collections have started with something I fell in love with at a yard sale.
I love to shop at thrift stores and yard sales. I think shopping is an art and finding a treasure is more rewarding than spending my hard earned money at the mall.
So..... here are some of the things I collect;
 |
Denmark butterfly pins, I'm always looking for more of these.
|
| Old picture frames, positively addicted, can’t pass
them up. |

|
 |
Antique toys and dolls, these I buy & sell, and keep
only a few I can’t part with.
|
| Flower pots, one can never have enough flower pots! |

|

|
Frogs and flower frogs, they go with all my garden stuff. |
| Old buttons and costume jewelry, what can I say, I just like them. |

|
 |
And my favorite collection is our white and black dogs,
I didn't get them at a yard sale and three is definitely my limit! |
