I do Appraisals

I am often asked to do appraisals for family closure or for Legal situations. There is no obligation or charge for the initial consultation. I appraise household items at current market value for this valley at the time of the appraisal. For specialized items such as art, fine jewelry and antiques, I do extensive research to set a current market value.

This will include my opinion of what would be the best way to sell your items.
Appraisal fees vary depending on how in depth the appraisal becomes.
(An average fee is $350.00)

If Y.E.S. is contracted to do an Estate Sale following an appraisal,  I will refund  up to half of the appraisal fee.

I get referrals from many local law firms and realtors.
Local references are available upon request.
